With its slim construction, the Continental Refrigeration 2RSEN two-section refrigerator provides a capacity of 30 cubic feet in a small footprint. It has two doors that self-close to save energy if staff are busy and forget to shut them. The LED-lit cabinet has three total shelves that are epoxy coated to prevent rust. For heavy-duty construction to withstand repeated use, the front is made of stainless steel, and the interior and ends are made of aluminum.
The Continental Refrigeration 2RSEN reach-in refrigerator encloses cold air inside the cabinet with 3 inches of non-CFC, polyurethane foam insulation. The doors have magnetic gaskets for a tight seal around the opening for added cold air retention. To reduce maintenance needs, the electric evaporator cleans condensation automatically and an alarm sounds if the interior temperature gets too low or high. Operators can use the electronic controls to adjust the temperature.
