Warranty

At Falcon Restaurant Supply, we stand behind the quality of the equipment we sell. We offer a 30-day warranty on most pieces of equipment, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our standard warranty covers the following:

  • Parts: If any defects in materials or workmanship arise during the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts at no cost.
  • Labor and Travel: For equipment that cannot be brought into our store for service, our warranty covers parts only. Standard labor and travel rates will apply for service performed outside our store. Please be aware that service outside of our store may require additional fees for travel time, labor, and parts as necessary.

2. Refrigerated Items

For all refrigerated items (such as refrigerators, freezers, and coolers), it is required that they are delivered and installed by our team for the warranty to be valid. This ensures proper installation and setup, which is critical for the safe and efficient operation of refrigeration equipment.

  • Standard Delivery Fees: These will apply for any delivery and installation services related to refrigerated equipment.
  • Self-Transport Option: If you prefer to transport the equipment yourself, we will gladly demonstrate that the equipment is functioning properly before you leave the showroom. However, please be advised that we cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur once the equipment leaves our premises.

Transportation can be particularly hard on equipment, especially when the correct moving equipment and techniques are not used. Moving heavy or sensitive equipment without proper care can cause damage that may not be immediately visible but could affect performance over time.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper installation or misuse: If the equipment is installed or used in a manner that is not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, the warranty may be void.
  • Normal wear and tear: This warranty does not cover parts that naturally wear out over time, such as gaskets, seals, filters, etc.
  • Consumables: Items such as light bulbs, fuses, and other consumable parts are not covered by the warranty.
  • Accidental or environmental damage: Any damage caused by accidents, fire, flood, power surges, or environmental factors (such as extreme temperatures or humidity) is not covered.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you encounter any issues with your equipment within the 30-day warranty period, please contact us immediately. To initiate a warranty claim:

5. Additional Terms

  • Extended Warranties: In some cases, we may consider extended warranties or service plans for an additional fee. Please inquire at the time of purchase if you're interested in learning more about these options.
  • Warranty Transferability: Our warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser of the equipment.

6. Limitations of Liability

Except for the express warranty stated above, Falcon Restaurant Supply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any equipment purchased from us. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or equipment downtime.

7. Changes to Warranty Terms
