How to Track Your Order
1. Check Your Email:
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number allows you to see real-time updates for your package. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it within 24 hours of shipping.
2. Identify Your Carrier:
Falcon uses reliable shipping carriers for all orders:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS (for smaller items or shipments)
- XPO
- Forward
- R+L Carriers
- ACT / AAA Cooper
Your tracking email will specify which carrier is handling your order.
3. Use the Carrier Tracking Tool
Click the link in your email or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier’s website:
- UPS Tracking
- FedEx Tracking
- USPS Tracking
- XPO Tracking
- Forward Tracking
- R+L Carriers Tracking
- ACT / AAA Cooper Tracking
If your order is shipped via freight, your tracking information may include the freight company and estimated delivery date.
4. Haven’t Received Your Tracking Info?
- Check your spam or promotions folder first.
- Ensure the email address you provided during checkout is correct.
