Soda/Drink Fountain Machine Top Lid for Ice Maker 30"x31"

This lid is used but in good usable condition. There are some scuffs and Scratches on it from use. We are unsure of what model this fits. The lid dimensions are 30"x31" and the ice machine opening is 22"x28".
