The Atosa MSF8301GR 27" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a space-saving solution for kitchens that require efficient ingredient storage and quick prep capabilities. Designed with both performance and durability in mind, this unit features a 7.2 cu. ft. refrigerated cabinet and a convenient prep station that includes eight (8) 1/6-size poly pans, a full-length 9-1/4" cutting board, and locking divider bars to keep ingredients secure and organized.
Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this prep table includes a removable stainless steel pan liner for easy cleaning and a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system powered by environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. A digital electronic temperature controller allows for precise temperature regulation between 35°F – 38°F, and the concentrated airflow design ensures consistent cooling throughout the cabinet and pan rail.
