Its top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and a digital temperature controller to maintain temperatures between -8°F and 0°F. A durable stainless steel interior and exterior, recessed door handle, and smooth drawer design give this unit a sleek, functional, and easy-to-clean finish.

Down duct refrigeration ensures even cold air distribution throughout the cabinet, keeping your products at optimal temperatures. The drawers accommodate standard 6" deep pans (12" x 20") and offer quick access to frequently used ingredients.
