This scale plate is used but has been inspected, There are some scuffs and scratches on it from use. This is the balancing plate and a/c adapter only, Only what is pictured is included. This scale can sit on a counter or be mounted with additional hardware (not included). The dimensions are 12.75"x10.75"x2.5".
