This dispenser is use but has been cleaned and inspected. There are some scuffs and scratches from use. This holder dispenses one bag at a time and has the next one ready for use, This come with a Twist Ease twist tie dispenser and a mountable stand that is adjustable. The dimensions are 11.75"W x 12"D x 18.75"H. We have two of these available, both are in the same condition, 1 does have more bags and ties than the other one.
