Features:

• CONSTRUCTION: Easy cleaning, corrosion resistant stainless steel finish, welded with aluminized inner framing. Triple flue design for cooler and more efficient operation. Installation clearances for noncombustible surfaces are 2˝ on sides & 6˝ in the rear, combustible surface clearances are 6˝ & 6˝. Hinged front door panel protects controls.
• CONTROLS:Snap Action thermostat forfastrecovery, 100%safetyshut off with built in pressureregulator, high limitcontrol for back-up safety, automatic standing pilot and brass burner valves. Optimal pressures are 4˝ WC for natural gas and 10˝ WC for propane. Manifold size is ¾˝ NPT. All controls are tested and confirmed in good working order. Calibration and adjustments are the responsibility of the installer.
• TANK: Easy cleaning, corrosion resistant stainless steel tube type tank for maximum surface heat transfer. Stainless steel tube radiant inserts forincreased efficiencyand rapid recovery. Deep cold zoneallowsfood particles to sink below tubes reducingshortening breakdown and taste transfer as well as extending the life and quality of fryer shortening. 1˝ gate valve for rapid draining.
• BASKETS: Two heavy duty, nickel plated wire baskets. Permanently affixed hanger rack firmly suspends loaded baskets out of frying vat.
• ACCESSORIES: Single large baskets, stainless steel tank covers, gas hoses, cleaning supplies, equipment stands and casters.

Shipping: You can either contact us to receive a shipping quote or you can arrange the shipping yourself. If you would like us to arrange the shipping be sure to include the name of your business, your email address, a good contact telephone number, whether this is going to a business or residential location and also if you will need a lift gate to unload it. If you are arranging the shipping, we are a business with a loading dock in Zip Code 62703. We generally charge $50 to wrap it in Bubble Wrap and/or Cardboard and Stretch Wrap it before Strapping it to a pallet and $80 for a over sized pallet. If you would like additional protection measures, please contact us. We ship Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard time. Once payment is received your item will usually ship within 1-2 business days to allow for Palletizing. Our #1 goal is Customer Satisfaction so we generally insure the shipment for the value of the item, but it is IMPORTANT you understand that we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Please inspect your product once you receive it for any damage before signing for it. All freight damage claims are to be dealt with through the shipping company.

Returns: We generally do not accept returns on Used Items shipped via Freight, or after they have been picked up from our facility, due to the many factors out of our control. We test everything (unless otherwise explained in the description) before it is listed and usually again before it leaves our warehouse. When dealing with used items, it is not common, but occasionally an issue will crop up during transport that is actually no one's fault. If it is something that we can easily help you with, we will, but we are not responsible for accepting a return of the item. In no case are we responsible for return shipping of the item.
