The Adcraft ST-120/3 steam table has three 12-inch by 20-inch by 8-inch-deep compartments that can be used to hold full-size spillage pans (not included). The quality of the inserted product is maintained with 1-inch-thick fiberglass insulation on all four sides and the bottom, while the body consists of a heavy-duty stainless steel construction that’s corrosion resistant and simple to wipe clean. Supporting the unit’s high-density build are galvanized steel legs that end in adjustable bullet feet.
