Description:
The True GDM-49F two-section freezer merchandiser has a non-peeling, non-chipping black powder-coated exterior. This freezer display merchandiser's colorful, illuminated sign panel catches customer attention, increasing impulse sales of packaged frozen dinners and other convenience foods. Sturdy, aluminum frames support triple-pane glass doors with easy-grip handles and a self-closing feature. Magnetic door gaskets help maintain a constant -10 degrees Fahrenheit to keep frozen food and ice cream solid.
The refrigeration system has a fan motor that goes into a unique reverse mode for 20 seconds upon start up to remove dust, dirt, and debris from the condensing coil. Keeping the coil clean promotes efficient system operation, saves energy, and ensures temperatures inside are consistent. Even though this feature prolongs the lifespan of the system's components, it won't eliminate routine preventative maintenance and cleaning requirements.
This glass door display case has a bottom-mounted condensing unit that is accessible for maintenance and raises merchandise to eye level. Evaporator coils are coated with epoxy to resist corrosion, while its floor rack and backguard enhance airflow. To keep stabilize the freezer on uneven floors, leg levelers are included.
In the cabinet, eight adjustable shelves display product. If you would like us to arrange freight shipping, please provide your business name, email address, contact phone number, delivery type (commercial or residential), and whether a lift gate is required. Shipping costs vary based on destination, equipment size, and access requirements.
Customers may also arrange their own freight pickup. Our warehouse is equipped with a loading dock and is located in ZIP code 62703. Please coordinate pickup details with our team in advance.
To help protect equipment during transit, we offer professional palletizing and packaging services. Standard preparation typically includes wrapping the unit with protective materials and securing it to a pallet. Additional packaging options are available upon request, and related fees will be discussed prior to shipment.
Shipments leave our warehouse Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Once payment is received, most items ship within 1–2 business days to allow time for preparation and palletizing.
Freight shipments are typically insured for the value of the equipment. Because transit is handled by third-party carriers, customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon arrival and noting any visible damage with the carrier before signing. Any freight-related damage claims are handled directly with the shipping company, and we’re available to assist with documentation or questions if needed.
Returns: Used commercial equipment is subject to many variables once it leaves our facility, particularly when shipped via freight. For this reason, returns on used items shipped by freight, or picked up from our warehouse, are generally not accepted.

Inspection is limited to confirming basic operation and does not include full refurbishment or long-term performance testing.
