Despite its slim profile, this one-section prep table features a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, a full-length cutting board, and a solid hinged self-closing door with two internal shelves for additional refrigerated storage. The bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to keep temperatures consistently between 33°F and 40°F, all controlled by a digital electronic thermostat.
