This filter is used but has been cleaned and tested. There are some scuffs and scratches from use. This is missing the lid and part of the coating is missing off the hose. This has 4 new casters and moves around very easily. The dimensions are 28-3/8"W x 37-3/8"D x 22-3/8"H with a drawer height of 12-5/8". Only what is pictured is included.
