The single heat lamp on the Hatco DCSB400-R24-1 decorative carving station swivels 30 degrees so users can adjust light and heat focus. It's equipped with clear-coated bulbs that improve visibility, reducing injuries and enhancing presentation. The base is thermostatically controlled to warm meats from below—ideal for thick product—and a sneeze guard shields foods from airborne particulates to improve food safety.
