This Vulcan MSA36-10100P 36" countertop natural gas griddle with piezo ignition heats evenly and delivers superior cooking performance no matter what you're cooking! Featuring a Rapid Recovery composite plate with a stainless steel surface and an aluminum core, this griddle provides extremely quick recovery so you can get more output from your griddle! Also, the aluminum core keeps the plate evenly heated to minimize hot or cold spots while the stainless steel top surface is easier to clean than a standard steel plate.
