If you would like us to arrange freight shipping, please provide your business name, email address, contact phone number, delivery type (commercial or residential), and whether a lift gate is required. Shipping costs vary based on destination, equipment size, and access requirements.
Customers may also arrange their own freight pickup. Our warehouse is equipped with a loading dock and is located in ZIP code 62703. Please coordinate pickup details with our team in advance.
To help protect equipment during transit, we offer professional palletizing and packaging services. Standard preparation typically includes wrapping the unit with protective materials and securing it to a pallet. Additional packaging options are available upon request, and related fees will be discussed prior to shipment.
Shipments leave our warehouse Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Once payment is received, most items ship within 1–2 business days to allow time for preparation and palletizing.
Freight shipments are typically insured for the value of the equipment. Because transit is handled by third-party carriers, customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon arrival and noting any visible damage with the carrier before signing. Any freight-related damage claims are handled directly with the shipping company, and we’re available to assist with documentation or questions if needed.
Returns: Used commercial equipment is subject to many variables once it leaves our facility, particularly when shipped via freight. For this reason, returns on used items shipped by freight, or picked up from our warehouse, are generally not accepted.
All used equipment is cleaned and inspected to verify basic operational functionality prior to listing, and typically rechecked before shipment unless otherwise noted in the product description. Inspection is limited to confirming basic operation and does not include full refurbishment or long-term performance testing.
In rare cases, an issue may occur during transit or installation. If a problem arises, we encourage customers to contact us promptly so we can review the situation and determine whether assistance or guidance can be provided. While we are unable to accept returns or cover return shipping on used equipment, we aim to work with customers to help resolve issues when possible.
Customers who choose to pick up equipment from our location are welcome to see the unit powered on and reviewed prior to departure.
