This heating cabinet and proofer is used but has been cleaned and tested. There are some scuffs and scratches on it from use. This cabinet is in very good condition. One caster wheel has the rubber coming off, but you can still move it around.

To keep it out of the way, the door is flush mounted, and the unit is positioned on 5-inch casters to provide mobility through a dining hall or catering room. Two of the casters swivel to handle turns and have brakes to secure the unit in place while loading and unloading the cabinet. Using the thermostat, the temperature can be adjusted from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.

For adjustments, the humidity levels in the FWE PHU-12 mobile heated cabinet have individual controls. Adjustable on 1¹⁄₂-inch increments, the cabinet includes 12 universal tray slides. It accommodates (12) 18-inch by 26-inch or (24) 12-inch by 20-inch pans of food (not Included). Because it's insulated, heat is retained to ensure food remains warm until it's served.
