Vertical Crisp ‘N Hold cabinets combine our modular holding cabinet drawers with Crisp ‘N Hold air circulation to keep fried foods crisp and ready to serve. Our floor models give you the backup capacity to serve on a moment’s notice. You can stack a counter-top CNH model on top for fast service and keep a backup supply on hand to take the pressure off of the fryers and replenish the food bay during busy times.
