 An all-round accelerated oven, suitable for a fast pace kitchen, which is able to cook large volumes of high quality food at up to 12-15x faster than a conventional oven. Still combining the Merrychef technology of convection oven, microwave power and impingement the Merrychef eikon® e4 also has a unique internal grease filter, which together with its catalytic converter, reduces grease build up even when cooking higher protein foods. 

The ability to cook, toast, grill and reheat food, plus its easyTouch® icon-driven touchscreen that is simple to use even by untrained staff, makes the Merrychef eikon® e4 perfect for convenience stores and restaurants. 

Shipping: Shipping is a Flat Rate on this item to a Commercial address. If you will need any special delivery requirements including a Residential delivery, liftgate or prior notice before delivery, please let us know immediately upon purchase so we can get that arranged. If you want to pick it up yourself, just let us know and we will re-invoice you without the shipping. Once payment is received your item will usually ship within 1-2 business days to allow for Palletizing.

Returns: Our number one goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases so they will come back next time. But we simply cannot accept returns on items shipped via Freight, or after they have been picked up from our facility, due to the many factors out of our control. We test everything (unless otherwise explained in the description) before it is listed and usually again before it leaves our warehouse. Transportation can be very hard on used items and occasionally an issue will crop up during transport that is actually no one's fault. If it is something that we can easily help you with, we will, but we are not responsible for accepting a return of the item. And in no case are we responsible for the return shipping of the item. If you would like to pick up the item at our showroom, we will gladly test it for you before you leave with it.
